From start to finish, Randy was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had been told by other insulation contractors that our set-up was both “too complicated” and “too small” for them to even come out and quote the work. Not Randy. I left him a message and received a return call that same day. Randy talked through the issues with me on the phone, explained what he thought would work, and asked for photos of our basement so he could see exactly what was going on. He gave us a very reasonable quote and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. We set up an appointment within a week for him to come out to our house and he got everything fully insulated in the time frame he promised and for the price that he had quoted. Our basement has been 3-5 degrees warmer ever since he and his team came out. Highly highly recommended!
I was very pleased to work with Randy, and if I have other projects down the line, I know where I’m turning! He was very prompt in responses. I sent a request late on a Saturday and fully expected I wouldn’t hear back until Monday, only to be surprised that he got back to me the same night. I was very quickly able to get an inspection set up and he immediately identified problems, taking time to show us on infrared where trouble spots were. The quote was totally within reason, and we were able to get a time nailed down for installation. Again, after the job was done, he showed us what had been done to make sure we were satisfied.

I recently moved into a house with almost no insulation in the attic. I called Randy to come out and give me an estimate based on blowing 16″ of cellulose to an R64. I also needed attic baffles installed and to air seal my attic. Randy’s quote was very competitive and he knew his stuff. Randy and Mike came out on the scheduled date right on time. They did a great job completing the job. Randy had initially estimated 75 bags of cellulose for my attic but due to the lack of insulation they ended up going through some extra bags of insulation but did not charge me for them. Overall they were fast, efficient, and very experienced. I will be using them again when I insulate my basement and crawlspace. Thanks again Randy and Mike!
